What you’ll do as a member of our Production Team
Help build some of the best vehicles in the world as a member of our Production team.

  • Build Toyota RAV4, Lexus RX450 Hybrid and Lexus NX Hybrid models
  • Work rotating day and afternoon shifts, with afternoon shift hourly bonus
  • Explore opportunities to learn new skills and build your career
  • Work in diverse cross-functional teams across the manufacturing process
  • Contribute your ideas to improve our customer experience
  • Participate in continuous learning and mentoring programs
  • Give back to the community through a variety of programs


What you need to join our team

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Able to work in a physical role that may include bending, reaching, lifting and other repetitive motions
  • Experience in manufacturing or as a general labourer is an asset, but not required
