Position Overview:

The Executive Staff Assistant will be supporting the Management and Officers to provide information to show case the current status of business operations. This will be a challenging but rewarding opportunity to learn and demonstrate your analytical and computer capabilities. Time management and the coordination of multi-functional activities will be expected and therefore validating your flexibility and adaptability to work in this ever changing and exciting work environment.


Position Summary:

  • Gathering, tracking and analyzing data for quality, safety, cost and productivity related to Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support the development of confidential reports and presentation material for Senior Management.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate Company events and Corporate visits.
  • Work in an open-office and team environment.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and MS Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of SAP software.
  • Keen sense of urgency in delivering tasks and strong follow through in prioritizing, coordinating and planning in a high volume fast paced environment.
  • 5 years’ proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other related position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical capabilities.
  • Attention to detail with a strong motivation and self-initiated improvement mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Proven discretion and confidentiality
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • The ability to adapt and learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
  • Possess excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules and meeting agendas
  • Able to work overtime as required with the occasional off-shift or weekend support.
