Role Overview 
This is a contract position ending August 3, 2025. 

As an Analyst in Job Data Administration, you will use your data entry experience, excellent computer skills, and your attention to detail to accurately compile, sort, and identify incomplete information and ensure accuracy of the data in the human resources management systems. You will have the opportunity to use your data analysis skills to track, investigate, and create ways to improve performance efficiencies related to manual processes or within the human resources management systems. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will support the interactions you will have with various departments and employees in this role.


What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and maintain employee information in our HR systems
  • Process and track all employee job changes including hiring, contract renewals, transfers, and terminations in various H.R. systems
  • Maintain all personal data records for employees
  • Create and follow standardization work for all processes
  • Ensure accuracy of all records through setup and maintenance of a structured audit process
  • Update and manage security access for Workday users
  • Conduct systems analysis to ensure process accuracy
  • Increase TMMC human resource data integrity through process kaizen and standardization
  • Work with minimal supervision


What you’ll bring

  • Diploma in Business Administration and/or specialization in HR Management Systems would be an asset
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience in job data/workforce systems management is required, relevant work experience in a large workplace is preferred
  • High accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Highly motivated self-initiator
  • Demonstrated time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to meet specific deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem identification and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
  • PeopleSoft and Workday experience would be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels and all parts of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willing to support daily and weekend overtime requirements as needed
  • Possible travel within North America as well as overseas
  • Must be flexible to work in Cambridge and/or Woodstock plant locations
